Before I decided to call Fido's Fences for an estimate for my property, 'Buddy,' my Golden Retriever used to run all over the neighborhood and terrorize my neighbors. He would jump all over the children on my block. The last straw was when 'Buddy' just missed getting hit by a car on the main street in my town. I then realized I had to call Fido's Fences. When I called Fido's Fences for an estimate, they sent a salesperson to my house almost immediately. My salesperson was very personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable about the change that was going to take place in my household. I was a little apprehensive about the training process, but again, the salesperson was very confident that everything would work out right and that 'Buddy' would be a very happy puppy. I decided to install the system and the installer was very knowledgeable as well. Then the trainer showed up and trained my dog in such a gentle manner that I did not even know that my dog was getting trained. 'Buddy' is now running alll over my property and playing with my children as if he is the happiest puppy in the world. thank you Fido's for treating me as if my dog was the most important dog to your staff.

Gunner, my 2 year old beagle was running away from home on a daily basis. No matter what I tried I couldn't contain him, so I called Fido's Fences. They came promptly and installed one of their pet containment systems. The day the trainer came I explained to him the difficulty I had experienced trying to keep Gunner from escaping my yard. the trainer assured me my dog's days of running away were over. Gunner went through a step by step learning process with the trainer. upon completion he had learned the new boundaries. Now I let gunner outside for hours at a time without any worries. The best phone call I ever made was to Fido's Fences. My beagle had me so angry, I wanted to ring her little neck. she decided to stroll through the neighbor hood at 7:00 AM right before I was leaving for work. It took me 2 1/2 hours to corral her and get her home. Needless to say, I was 1 hour late for work. I called Fido's and the girl that answered the phone was just so patient with me as I was screaming at her about the dog. She promptly sent over a very knowledgeable salesperson. I signed the contract immediately. after my dog was trained, I knew it was the best money I ever spent. Even when I had a problem, the office was very efficient and sent out a technician to solve the problem. I am very impressed with every single person that I have come in contact with at Fido's Fences. I am telling all my friends about this great company.

FIDO'S IS THE BEST!!!!
When I called Fido's Fences for an estimate, I was just calling because 'Maximus,' my mini pincher, was squeezing out the chain link fence that went around my backyard, 'Maximus' is so small that I thought the correction would harm my dog. My sales person showed me the receiver and explained the different levels of corection and made me feel comfortable about the correction that 'Max' would receive. when the installer showed up, he had the patience of a saint. I had a lot of brush in my yard and he took his time moving things to bury the wire in the spot that I wanted and never once did he even blink an eye at the job he had in store. The trainer was fabulous. she took her time to explain the process and I was at ease during the training session. 'Max' is now free to roam the entire perimeter without me yelling at him or chasing him when he squeezes through the chain link. Whoever says that Fido's Fences does not work on small dogs - I am living proof!!!
