Our electronic pet containment systems keep an eye on your pet by transmitting a radio signal through a buried underground wire installed around a custom tailored area you determine with the pet consultant to suit your needs. A state-of-the-art lightweight waterproof receiver worn on your pet’s collar picks up the signal. We will teach you how to adjust the range that suits your pet and your property. When your pet gets too close to the boundary of the electronic, underground fence, an audible warning reminds your dog or cat not to cross. If the warning is ignored — rare after training — the collar emits a mild stimulation.

Smart Collar Technology - This patented feature automatically adjusts the correction level of the receiver collar when your pet challenges the boundary. When the receiver is set to one of the Memory levels, and the dog or cat enters the signal field, the dog will receive the correction of the initial setting. If your dog or cat leaves the signal field, the receiver will automatically advance the correction level setting by one, and only one level. If the dog or cat does not re-enter the signal field within the next 24 hour period, the receiver defaults to the original setting. The Memory feature operates when your Receiver Training Level is set to 4, 5, or 6.

Our receivers offer the fastest reaction time in the pet containment system industry: less than an eighth of a second! If your pet challenges the boundary of the underground pet containment system, the receiver reacts before he reaches the wire, not while traveling over it.

Status Light - The staus light monitors your pet's receiver collar. It not only confirms that your pet containment system is functioning properly but lets you know the training level the receiver is set to, when the receiver battery is low, and if your pet has recently challenged the boundary of the underground dog fence.

Flexible Training Levels - Fido's Fences™ offers a comprehensive range of 20 distinct training levels to accommodate all dog breeds and personalities. This includes an "audible only" option for dogs that need only to hear a warning to learn the boundaries of the underground dog fence. And you can adjust the training levels yourself, no need for the expense of a service call.
